Based out of the Tampa Bay in February of 2026, our company was founded by Matt Higgins and Deena Circelli on a simple idea, providing people with a seamless and convenient way to purchase nicotine products. We saw a simple way to create a premium experience for guests that did not add more to an already busy staff.
